Conversion Rate Optimization or CRO, is the process of increasing the amount of website visitors who take a desired action and understanding how users move through your website and what is stopping them from completing your goals. Every site has a different goal, whether that be sales, lead generation, or newsletter subscription.
We’ve said it before, and we will say it again, personalization at every point in the funnel is the cornerstone to having a successful CRO strategy.
